JME Consulting Corporation believes that increasing productivity and profitability can only be accomplished by working with and through your people.

To achieve this goal, we offer specialized, one-on-one consultation, on-line coaching, virtual and on-site HR services. Your custom package will include flat-fee services, retainer services, and/or 1 to 2 day workshops/seminars.

Before we begin any initial services, we assess your business needs and align them with your human resource needs. This involves an analysis that includes understanding your business strategy and corporate culture/environment.

We can then proceed to provide you with the following selection of specialized HR services:

Recruiting: identifying and developing processes and programs to recruit the right people for the right positions, and offering implementation support.

Staff Retention: identifying, developing, and implementing employee orientation programs; career planning; succession planning; and, rewards and recognition initiatives to promote staff retention.

Performance Management: identifying, developing, and implementing appropriate performance management review programs to enhance and increase job performance and growth.

Mentoring Program: assessing the merits of in-house mentoring programs that promote individual and organizational growth.

Training & Development: workshops/seminars that support continuous learning and growth of supervisors, managers and team members.

HR Administration: developing HR policies and procedures, employee handbooks, and employee personnel files.
